“From the time I called and got Abraham on the phone and told him wanted to switch from spectrum he told me price etc
The next morning went to store and assisted me and even bought new phone. I am 83 and ask alot of stupid questions and he is so patient. I am now with at &t and will get my equipment by Monday. Called back with question and lady who answered gave me answer to my question. Everyone at this store is so pleasant and helpful and all work together as a great team. This whole switch was so easy thanks to the team at this store”
