They are so bad. Half ass everything. Even when tipping $20 they still half ass. Dirt and grime all inside the car as if they didn’t even wipe. Floor mats thrown everywhere. They are terrible.

Pretty annoyed with my wash I just received. The person guiding me into the car wash was paying zero attention and didn’t guide me straight onto the track which chipped the back wheel. He didn’t even acknowledge it. My car is a month old and now has a chunk taken out of the driver rear wheel. Will not be going back.

Well they used to be good but I got the best and it was a very poor job. They weren’t even busy, I was the only one there at that moment. Barely detailed anything and didn’t vacuum much either. 37 bucks, not again!!! Missed half the interior. I mentioned and asked if they could do better and they did some more but, very disappointed!!!

After using one of the self-serve automated machines at Ocean Spray Car Wash, I made a quick call and was patched through to Conrad. I won’t go into details, but the way he immediately handled the situation — with professionalism, honesty, and care — truly stood out. You just don’t see customer service like that anymore. Top-notch team, and I’ll definitely continue using them. Highly recommend!

Ocean Spray has always been the best in the business! Tom went above and beyond waxing my father in law’s excursion today! He said Tom made it look better than it did when he got a fresh paint job! Thank you Tom and Ocean Spray for always doing an incredible job!

Wow! This used to be the place to get your car washed. I paid for the most expensive package and still had to go home and redo the ENTIRE interior. They barely touched the driver side door and didn’t touch any other door. With 4 people working on my truck I would think it would be clean but this is atrocious. Have brought other vehicles here and will find it hard to return. Photos attached for how I received it.

Went yesterday. Today I went to use my AirPods that I always keep plugged in in my car and they are gone. Paid $120. To have my car detailed and they did not go under the seats or wipe anything off. Do NOT ever go there! Air pods were $300. Out $420.
