This was the CLEANEST Ross store I have ever been to in my whole life. The store was immaculate, clean, organized and the customer service was out of this world. Ms. Anita was phenomenal and even danced with us. We were visiting for a training and was in awe of the appearance of the store. I give this store a 1 billion in stars. Please go visit, you will be amazed.

My Aunt went to return a dress she bought earlier along with her receipt and the tags were still in place. Cashier pressured her to exchange it instead of returning the money. She came to the car feeling disappointed and irritated. I went in to ask why they couldn't just give my Elderly Aunt her money back, she replied, " You people are sometimes confused in what you want so I just suggested something better and she happily accepted." I said 'Listen you stuck up, dirty witch, YOU PEOPLE have gotten away with so much evil its time for it to come to an end! You are lucky I am with my family in this god-forsaken racist town that will be the first to burn in hell" I replied. She ask if I want to see a manager, I admit I said if they look like YOU, then I will pass. They gave my Aunt an ugly, colorful, dashika-looking dress that looked worse than the first! I just walked out
