Was at the Babcock location to obtain a temporary debit card.. The tellers there were loud when they spoke so everyone in the lobby could hear everyone's personal matters. So I left and went to the Eau Gallia location where I hoped for more privacy. When I got there the bank was empty and I met with a banker for my needs. The banker on duty was very impersonal, not at all sympathetic to ny losing my bank card and entire wallet full of credit cards. Spoke to me as if I wasn't intelligent enough to understand online banking, though I specifically showed her the Truist app on my phone with my personal info showing. She said to me that my ID was expired and it wasn't proper identification after I reminded her for the second time how I lost my wallet with EVERYTHING I own in it, including my license which I told her I had an appointment to get it replaced with the DMV, but not until Thursday. Of course my ID is going to be expired as I have a current license, you can't have 2 valid IDs. Expired or not its still a government ID with a clear photo of me. At any rate, she asked for my SS# which I gave her and she proceeded to get me a temporary debit card. At this point, I was done being treated like my situation did not matter to her, I was thankful to have a temporary debit card which she never offered information as to how to use it or whether it will void itself once my new card arrived. I was going to ask another question, but as it appeared she had better things to do, I simply left. I opened my account at the branch on Palm Bay road, I will be sure to ONLY go there with future issues as they are extremely helpful and friendly. I am giving 2 stars simply because my wait time was short, but that was probably due to it being rainy and a Saturday.

Watch out for cash deposits. Theifs. They insisted we counted wrong and there is nothing I can do. I asked them to check cameras but they refused. Walked in 2 days later for another issue and sat down at a advisors desk. Didn’t even get to say why I was there. this but the bank teller came running in and yelled at me said it’s my and my mistake and she had no idea where my 800 went. This is the 3rd time they mishandled my money. Tried to ask the manager to check cameras and they refused. After 12 years this is criminal and almost seems routine. It’s so scary and suspicious that the teller came within 10 seconds of me being seated and didn’t let me talk. And told me there is nothing I can do? And she routinely has people with lower deposits than they thought? Now I think she is used to stealing and watch out for people who may not be scared to speak up. Otherwise why else would she run over from behind the teller window to the financial section. knowing I have a business and May have other reasons to visit. At this point the way this was handled by her makes me trust my team that they counted 3 times in front of a camera.

This specific branch in IHB is the absolute best place to go if you have time to waste and enjoy being gaslighted!I gave the teller my driver's license, debit card, and credit card (all Truist) and she still couldn't locate any of my 5 accounts I have with them. She asked me 3 different times why I won't just give her my social security number.When I told her I was uncomfortable doing that she insisted that I must have the wrong address in their system.Wait a minute....how is it that I entered MY information incorrectly on YOUR computer?GTFO!!!Just go elsewhere! It's not worth your energy to try and rationale with incompetent, not to mention, extremely rude employees.

Great service at Truist Bank in Indian Harbour Beach .They took the time to find uncommon coins and $2 bills for my kids. Thank you to the kind bank attendants.

I am new to the area and my usual bank is 1,300 miles away. I was struggling to find any local bank that would cash my savings bonds without me being a customer, excessive waiting periods after becoming a member (12 months?!), or charging me a fee to cash them.Truist was the fourth bank I tried and I should have just gone to them first! Diana helped me immediately and was able to cash the bonds without making me get an account (though after my positive experience, I’m now inclined to use Truist for my banking) or charging any fees. Diana was very friendly and welcoming and also very quick to get my bonds cashed. I will definitely be back to open an account when I have more time.

Worst branch I have ever been to, so disorganized. The issues had nothing to do with the merging into Truist had all to do with incompetence with a branch manager that has less knowledge than his employees. I can see why friends told me to just take the drive and go to the Wickham branch. I can see why all the other branches have better reviews.

Three strikes and you are out. First trip in , needed to get new checks because of an address change. Only one women could do the change, after waiting 15 minutes decided to leave, gentlemen stopped me and said he would take my information and have her call me. 3 days no response. Second trip in, to do same transaction, now a man waits on me and says they ordered the checks but with the wrong address, when I told him my address he insisted it was wrong. Made me sign a paper to the new address and then looked it up on the internet and says oh I guess you are right. Third trip in, simple cash checking, only one teller can wait on me ( multiple on suntrust side but only one on bbt/Truist side), she waits on the man in front of me then disappears behind and starts to process all kinds of paperwork and ignores me. The suntrust teller says I can take your check but then says she can’t help me, waited 10 minutes for the girl to return. Worst customer service I have received in a long time! Very disappointed I changed to this bank from my local bank in PA. I will need to reevaluate.

This branch has totally failed me every time I've asked for help with anything. Also weird holds on checks at times, cannot open statements online and have sought help on the phone, in person and via national cust svc number. Each time was told "all good now" and each time no change. I'll give them 1 star because we don't have 0 as an option.
