After lackluster service at a Verizon corporate store, I didn't have high hopes for this store- but I was so wrong! Eddie the sales rep was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgable. He helped lower our bill, pick out two new replacement phones and even set them up! Gave good advice and was very down to earth. I sure hope he stays there!

Eddie Lewis is amazing!! I went in ready to switch carriers due to my frustration with another Verizon vendor overselling and under delivering. He spent ample amount of time and energy breaking everything down for me. He was very transparent about my options and expected costs going forward. He was very honest and helpful in finding ways to get my bill to be more affordable. I highly recommend going to see him! Thanks Eddie

Switched over my entire family from another carrier and the service was absolutely awesome and I can't say enough about Taylor who walked me through the entire process and went completely above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I would highly recommend not only Verizon service but especially the local store and everyone in itt, they were amazing.
