Horrible experience… switched from ATT after 30 years and recieved a new line with new internet and Apple Watch line during their promotion of a free Apple phone in November…… one issue after another! Never told my internet was not unlimited and never approved overage charges was told by Faud Wiess manager to call and have it locked and that doesn’t even exist! …. Went to this exact store at least 12 times to fix all the issues…. Never put into the system my trade in phone or promotion so I was paying for the phone I recieved that was supposed to be free along with other equipment charges, then with the internet…. Manager Faud Weiss stated he was going to cover data overage charges or he would give store credit and never did … it was supposed to be 150.00 store credit per Faud manager and 150.00 customer service credit, Faud manager is more like FRAUD!!!! This is how the elderly get ripped off! Got so fed up that I cancelled internet and Watch!!!! Finally went to Verizon corporate office on 192 and complained, sat with Miguel and customer service agent to figure out my entire bill!!!! And called FRAUD I mean FAUD WIESS on 3 way with Verizon customer service and Miguel listening where he admitted the 150.00 store credit and the 150.00 customer service credit…. FRAUD got upset and Also never not once notated my account any of the 12 times I came in like he stated! Come to find out from corporate this is a retail store franchise owned by cellular sales not a direct Verizon store!!! Beware of this location go to the real Verizon corporate store on 192!!! Was told by corporate that I need to go to this store to get a copy of the notations Fraud placed in my account and when I arrived I have never been treated so rudely he stated his store will not service my account anymore and that he will NO LONGER HONOR my credits that he promised and that he Fraud was upset that I went to corporate and said the retail Verizon store promised me credits but he was the one that actually said it because he was on 3 way?BUSTED!!!! FRAUD!!! Got up walked out contacted corporate and finally all my issues were taken care of and adjusted…. DO NOT DO Buisness here waist of time and seriously FRAUD stated he did not have a manager or supervisor …. Disciplinary action to come by cellular sales, district manager Billy Davis and Corporate Verizon directly. Don’t waste your time go directly to the corporate office on 192 and speak with Miguel! He is amazing and knows his stuff!!!

We had a very good costumer service experience with Fuad today. The plan was to set up our son’s smartphone that led to my joke for my husband to upgrade his phone.Fuad told us he can check it online and found out we have free upgrade and an additional line with another new phone for free.The most amazing part was, we upgraded to 2 new phones but our bill stayed the same.Thank you Fuad for your assistance and by bringing up the best deal for us. You are the best!

I had the best experience here, after having an awful one somewhere else.I don’t remember the name of the sales associate who helped me but he was wonderful and so kind. He answered every question I had and never once made me feel stupid for asking so many. He interacted with my son I brought with me, which may seem little but it seriously means the world to me. He just wanted to do this job, didn’t try and convince me to do anything I didn’t want or buy something I didn’t need too, he honestly wanted me to get a cheaper phone than what I ended up getting. This store was nice, clean, open and everyone was super friendly. I even came back the next day to return a care/turn in my old phone and again everyone was just wonderful.

Went in to upgrade my iPhone. The salesman kept grabbing accessories without asking me nor informing me of the prices. Unsurprisingly, the bill came to an extra $200, so I told him to put back all the accessories that I did not ask for.When I got the itemized receipt I saw surprised to see that I was charged $50 for a screen protector because he never asked me if I wanted one nor informed me of its price.

Bought a phone from here while on vacation. Also bought an expensive screen protector for camera and screen (in all $70 just for protectors). Was told that if I registered them, the gadget guard company would send me a new one if it broke or shattered within a certain time. As always, it did shatter, and when I went to register both screen and camera protectors, I realized that when I had the associate put them on for me, he kept the boxes(You need the boxes to register them). I called 3 different times, and left 2 messages. 3rd time I got ahold of someone and asked for the associate that helped me when I was there. He was busy, so I had the other person leave me a message for him after he tried to tell me there was nothing they could do. Needless to say it’s two days later and I’ve heard nothing from anyone at the store. Poor service equates to a poor review on my end. Do better Verizon.

The best person is Eddie and he goes beyond his job to help you and he continues to help after you leave the store and have questions. Eddie is the best at the Eau Gallie Store Indian Harbour Beach Fl !

Eddie was very patient with me. I am not technically savvy. Explained everything so I was able to understand. Was nice the entire time and never rushed me or my daughter.
