Their repair services are known for being high-quality and prompt, with one customer reporting a fix that was both cheaper and quicker than they had anticipated. Despite a delay due to an employee's illness, another customer noted that their item was processed immediately upon the employee's return. However, there was some confusion regarding a factory reset that was performed on a phone during a repair. While the customer was informed beforehand that this would happen, they later learned from a phone company and two other people that a factory reset was not necessary for the repair. This led to inconvenience and difficulty in logging into the customer's gmail account. Despite this issue, the owners responded kindly and professionally to the customer's concerns.
Fast service. I dropped off my iPad for warranty service due to a cracked screen and in less than 48hrs they had a replacement for me.
