My iPhone 14 stopped working after the most recent Apple update. Thought the whole board was going to have to be replaced. The tech was able to fix it wayyy cheaper than I initially thought and refunded my money and had it done in less than an hour! Everyone was really patient with me and super helpful! Great service !

UPDATE: changing to three stars for the owners kind and professional response. This is all so confusing 2 stars bc they fixed my phone and it looks great, but they factory reset my phone. They did tell me this would happen before I brought my phone in and to make sure the phone was backed up, but when I took it to the phone company to help me activate my phone, they told me that a factory reset was not necessary. I also heard this from 2 other people. One of the people said her bf got the back of his phone fixed at the Viera location and it was not factory reset. So there was one inconvenient piece. Now I am unable to log into my gmail account and have to contact google for help. I'm redownloading all my apps, etc. A huge hassle for something that did not really need to happen.

Kyle was not helpful. He was a know it all who took advantage of a senior citizen. He had an opportunity to be of help with a screen saver but he chose to just strip it off instead of being helpful. I used the company previously in Viera and they were great. Not anymore.

Expensive and not recommended for iPhone repairs. Horrible customer service. Walked in to see if they could remove a little lint from the charging port of my iPhone. Without looking at the phone the service guy said it would be $60 to start and only appointments available were a week ahead. We walked out knowing we were going up the street to Ifixandrepair in which they immediately fixed without a fee.

in short do not go, service is horrible and no updates, they tell you 3 to 5 days and try to sell you that they are apple but they are not if you call apple you will be in the dark and you won't know about your phone until they decide it's prudent and the worst customer service by who I think is the owenr, stay away drive and enjoy the day. Don't wait 10 days for a phone replacement . Still waiting day 8, called this morning didn't even ask for my name just no redress yet and done.

Do NOT trust this place. Very sketchy. At first they wanted my passcode changed to a code they knew with full access to my phone when I dropped it off for repair. I insisted the phone be erased first after I was told “ they would never do that because I could sue them”.They then stole my Sim card and claimed it was “overlooked” when I called the next day about it. The actual repair work was done fine, but do not trust this place at all. None of that sits right. Go to a different Apple care provider.

**BEWARE! They will give you misleading information**I have been here a handful of times getting my iPhones repaired through AppleCare. I Took my phone there to get replaced from water damage and The AppleCare insurance I had on it was dropped. Unfortunately I had to pay full price for the replacement only because I was told from the bald guy there that if I got this new replacement I could get it insured through AppleCare again. That was not the case. Now I’m stuck with a nice phone without insurance And missed out on an opportunity to get the newer iPhone with insurance.(Reply to bald guy) you have good employees. Just don’t try and scam someone out of buying a phone through you. I could have got a new phone with actual insurance. Instead you lead me to believe otherwise. Resulting in old phone and no insurance. ?

I normally don't make reviews but they deserve a 5 star. I don't understand the 1 star reviews for this place. The rep I spoke to (Dylan I think is his name) was very friendly. As soon as I walked in I they said good morning how can we help. He was very detailed with everything and answered all my questions. And my apple care+ is covering my repair. I think most of the 1 Stars are from people who didn't have insurance and got frustrated. Honestly even if I didn't have insurance their prices are fair and very close to apples prices. They were very respectful and highly trained at their job. They were upfront and honest. It's hard for me to go to the apple store in Orlando but I'm glad they are a trained service provider for apple. Saves me a lot of gas and definitely will return if I have future issues. I haven't had the repair yet but the part is on the way amd will be fixed at no cost to me. To the owner if you see my review: Well done with training for your staff. The negative comment are from people who didn't get their way and in my opinion totally wrong. Your staff is doing an amazing job and I'll definitely recommend this place to anyone not wanting to travel far for their repairs! Great job guys keep up the amazing work!

I had an appt for battery. I get there and told battery 69.99 and 60 for labor. I asked if covered if I have applecare and told no and would take 2.5 hours to do. I decided to wait. Went home and checked my apple care and it is covered u see my warranty. Wasted my time going there .They could have checked. I was mis informed ;(
