This postal office in our community the Indian Lake Estates , have to close!!!, the personal working there are so rude and incompetent!!!, have my delivery in hold ,they said check in!!!days !!, and days, ….we need the mailbox in ours houses, we need Ups enter to and drop directly to ours addresses ….

If I could rate no stars I would. have called a few days ago to complain about these awful "postal workers" (made a formal complaint with pending investigation)not only with attitude but the disgusting dogs in the post office as I'm allergic and put me at risk Everytime I receive mail, choose the hours of their choice despite what the hours on the door say, package says delivered but when i get there they say it'll be a few days as "mail is running late and will be processed when possible". On a day they were supposed to be opened closed because of an annual yard sale and find them yard sailing....this place is disgusting and shouldn't be open...self proclaimed "post master " works on his broke down vehicles/boats in front of post office ....shut this place down immediately or let someone else take over...NOONE GETS THEIR MAIL HERE !!! And the sad part is you pay ahead of time. When I asked who I can speak to bout actually receiving my mail when delivered she rolled her eyes and refused any other info.....have been having issues with them since....when I explained the law about withholding mail he then told me "this does not pertain to postal workers" i will now be contacting a news station because its a federal law! I wish I can attach the video of this disgusting behavior but rest assured it has been sent to the regional office.....this will not continue! Next step is the news....BET!!!

The post master refuses to give me my packages even after they've been delivered. My last package she held for almost a week. Glad it wasn't medication I'd be dead. The place smells atrocious because of the dogs and my legs are covered in flees anytime I go in there wearing shorts. The post master refused to Identify herself which goes against there own policy as public servants (welfare recipient). The other guy that supposedly works there is always next door working on the boats. If he really is an employee he's definitely steeling time and money from tax payers. I called a filled a formal complaint but nothing will come of it probably. The photo is a card that was stamped on the 27th but the card show up until after 2pm because I check the box thirty minutes before closing. I believe she did this out of spite because I told her I filed a complaint. She intentionally withholding mail.i bringing the state police with me tomorrow to pick up my package.

The lady running the counter lacks in customer service. I have email confirmation of delivered packages with a yellow slip in my box and she tells me I have no packages. Then I try mailing packages and paying with my card and she claims she doesn’t take card cash only when I myself and other have paid with card with the gentleman who normally works the front… guess that cash must go direct to her pocket is the only reason she refuses to let you pay with card…

I have to get packages and stuff delivered to work because this place is just too unreliable. I order something from Amazon and for some reason Amazon won’t deliver inside our neighborhood. So they deliver it to this little post office at the front of our neighborhood. My packages have been at this post office for over a week. The two small envelope type packages should easily fit in my mailbox and are still not in my mailbox. No yellow cards have been put in my mailbox telling me I have a package. I’ve gone to write this review two or three times now, with other situations that I’ve had, but decided not to, and always end up deleting the review but this is the final straw. We have to get this under control, providing a better service to this neighborhood. Especially with the way that it’s growing. The hours from 10 AM to 2 PM do not work for most of us who work during the day. So, unless this post office can somehow convince Amazon, FedEx and UPS to deliver directly to our homes, we need to figure out a system that will work for everybody. I never had this issue with the Lake Wales post office.

Rude and unprofessionalMy item came in on Monday the 31st, postmaster said it was already sent back, 4 days later. Not even a week, I work days. How can I ever recover my paid for mail from this facility when it returns packages after a few days with zero opportunity to retrieve them.

This place is an abomination to the postal system, they make their own hours and close for the day whenever they want, they have 2 dogs inside and it’s filthy, my packages come covered in dog fur and I’m allergic to dogs, it is unacceptable.

Dropped a package off at the drop box yesterday at 5pm....today is 2:20pm and it still has not even been scanned "Accepted" into the place. SMH. It is Friday...they were open today.

Cant expect good service from a small town post office! The people are rude, no ac so by the time you finally get done you walk out in a sweat! A package will be delivered but they take 2-3 days to locate it! Plus they never answer the phone! Will be moving my box very soon!

Some of the laziest people I have ever met work there! They can’t ever seem to get packages in order until after 2-3 days after delivery! Never using this worthless place again
