Unbelievably rude staff. We were buying over $150 worth of stuff and my daughter (10yo) had nausea attack and needed a restroom immediately. The cashier (petite brunette) said “public restrooms are down the block at cvs.” I understand rules around no public restrooms but exceptions can be made in clear emergencies, especially for paying customers. We won’t be back.

Nice selection of shirts, souvenirs ‘n’ such. Nice employees . Military discount.
Update, the print on one of the shirts I bought started to separate after only a couple of washes.

The girls were very lazy would not come from behind the counter. Spent 300 bucks there this morning. September 8 remind me of spoiled lazy little brat needed assistance. It was all I could do to get them to come from behind that counter would not ever recommend this place to anyone.

The establishment offers a comprehensive selection of beach necessities. However, a significant portion of the merchandise, including apparel and souvenirs, prominently displays the company logo. Therefore, if you require simple, unbranded items such as a Florida hat or t-shirt, this location may not be suitable. Ample parking is available at a small fee.

Canadians beware!! This store fraudently charges your Canadian Credit Card in CAD with their US exchange rate that includes a markup; WITHOUT advising you they are doing so. It is only included in the fine print on your receipt, which states you are offered the choice of currency, but the cashier does not offer any choice. When challenging the cashier I was told "they were only doing what they were told by their boss." I asked to speak to the boss but they were not in, and would not speak to me over the phone when asked. Only use USD cash here to avoid being ripped off.

I really enjoyed the store. On vacation from Ohio. Bought about $90 worth of items. The girl at the register was not friendly at all though which made my experience not so good. Didn't catch her name but she was young with long brown hair. She had an attitude and did not say anything to me but gave myself and family dirty looks. I tried to hand her my card and she ignored me then after standing there with for a while she finally took my card and allowed me to pay. No thank you, have a nice day nothing. I just think if you work with the public especially in a beach where people are enjoying their vacation you should try to be kind no matter how bad your day is.

Zero customer service. Sales attendant yelled at customer because attendants had 31 boxes to unload. All customers walked out.

the lady at the register was staring us down and up the whole time we were shopping. all we were doing was looking at the tshirts and we ended up buying one but still was rude and had a attitude. If you are a tourist I recommend saving your time and not stopping here.
