“We are currently vacationing @ IRB and have visited this CVS twice already and plan on visiting more. Store is very clean, organized and stocked. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Compared to their competitor, which I worked in management for 10+ years, this store seems to be weathering the daily social and economic changes that are occurring extremely well. At times, every business is “struggling” with staffing, stocking or employees.IRB… Keep up the good work. A majority of your customers appreciate everything you are doing!”

“Great prices on prescription medications much cheaper! The United States pharmacy wanted to charges me $1,800.00 for 90 day supply & the Canadian pharmacy is less than $400.00 for 90 days. United States big Pharma is out of control with outrageous prices for needed medications. Will be using the Canadian pharmacy for all my high priced scripts going forward.”

After being re-buffed by a big chain pharmacy years ago when I really needed some help, Trish (sp) at Alexander went over and above to help me. As a result I transferred all of my business to them.”
“This is my preferred pharmacy and it will stay that way. I was put on a medication that most pharmacies don't carry at all. After calling multiple places I was frustrated until I got in touch with them. Not only did they say they could get it, they could have it in the next day. I don't have insurance so I have to pay the cash price which sometimes depending on the amount I get it can get a little expensive. They do understand this and have been wonderful. Every time I go in they are so nice and smiling. As long as I am living in the area I will continue to come here. Thanks for your awesome customer service!!!”

“You know you're getting old when you start reviewing pharmacies. Just kidding. Kind of. Lol. Topicort - Desoximetasone - is a topical (for the skin) steroid used treat to the inflammation and itching caused by a number of skin conditions such as allergic reactions, eczema, and psoriasis. Apparently - Topicort is worth it's weight in gold and you will need to be prepared to give up your firstborn child (or the promise of) to get this stuff for less than $592 (THIS BEING THE PRICE WITH A DISCOUNT CODE). MP Pharmacy to the rescue. This is my first experience with MP Phamarcy. It's the THIRD phamacy my dermatologist (Dr. Kimbrough Green) sent my Rx to an effort to find a price I could afford! :-) Topicort / Desoximetasone is not on my approved formulary. I've since learned that it's extremely rare to be on any insurance company's formulary. It's considered a 'potent' steroid . . . so maybe that's why. It did take a little bit of effort to get in touch with them (I'm thinking this is the norm for online pharmacies) - but the staff was very customer-service oriented and even though there were a few stumbling blocks at first - they went above and beyond to get my Rx oil / spray sent to me in a timely fashion. The price for their compound was about 6.7% percent of $592. The staff was friendly. Highly recommend.”

“I was looking for a different Compound Pharmacy after much frustration. I found this Business on a Google search and read their reviews. It was conveniently located and the day and hours seemed to fit our needs. We were pleasantly greeted and offered chocolates, coffee and assistance. Everything was explained in detail and thoroughly. We dropped off a prescription that typically takes 5 business days elsewhere. We received a text message the same day that it was ready for pickup! The Staff was very knowledgeable and kind. We will definitely be return customers!”

“I work at this walmart and its pretty okay but the customers can be absolutely miserable always yelling at other workers. 99% of the time we have no idea what we are doing because people do not know how to train us properly and then when people ask us questions and it takes longer than 2 minutes to look it up people go ape shit because our devices take too long. Yall need to give us a break. Especially in the online grocery department! Keeping track of thousands of orders is hard to do. And when orders go missing we usually try to repick the order for the customer. But people need patience. We CANNOT have an order out in less than a minute we have a process and people can obviously not understand that. And heres a TIP before you pick up your groceries. DO NOT COME BEFORE AN APPOINTMENT. The amount of complaints we have is because for some reason people have an appointment after they pick up their groceries. PLEASE come later we are open from 7am-10pm and we hold orders up until 3 days.... So please just give us some time.”
