Mort was behind the counter. Long line on a saturday pushing it close to noon close time, but he was super nice, patient and friendly. Mort was able to let a few elderly people visit, not feel rushed and was still able to move the line along. Great job!!

Full service Post office. They have post office boxes. They have passport services. They sell shipping products including packaging. The people there are nice.

I arrived for my passport appointment 2 minutes early with my photos, id, and original birth certificate. I picked up one of the applications and started to fill it out when the man at the counter said to me that "if I am not prepared I will have to reschedule". I replied that "I just need to fill out the application and I am ready" but was told "sorry you will have to reschedule" this was one minute before my appointment even started! WHAT!

Always have very helpful people there. I am usually sending packages to Japan and need assistance getting stuff sent to an APO military address. They are very accommodating.

I work overnights. I rearranged my entire schedule to make this appointment at a location further away from my home (because it was the earliest available appointment), and when I show up I find the appointment canceled. This seems to be a recurring issue for them, according to these reviews. They claim you can do it all at the courthouse (which happens to be close to home) as a walk-in without an appointment. I wish that information would have been available so I could have avoided this mess.
