Maggie in the Indiantown office was exceedingly helpful today and provided prompt resolution to a log-in glitch as well as solving a months' old billing issue related to a new bulk community situation versus existing account.. The serviceman arrived on, was very courteous, replaced the defective set-top box. Also, he moved the router from the bedroom to the living room. I was very pleased with his work.

Margarita was very helpful at the Indiantown location! Was nice to be greeted by someone who wasn’t already in a bad mood, which is not what you usually expect. Past experiences have not been great with Blue Stream (their service was great hardly any issues there, but the customer service not so much). Having nice employees that treat you like a human when there is an issue goes a long way! I most certainly wouldn’t have left a 5 star review if it wasn’t for Margarita. Hire more people like her and get rid of some of those grumpy miserable people in your call center!

My wife and I chose to switch to Blue Stream to get away from Dish. Oh how glad we are that we did. We love the price for what we are getting. The installation was done with ease by Adrian, one of their techs. He came out again to install additional WIFI pods and it was easy. I went to the office to change some packages and this too was very easy. They are very professional and very helpful.

Tech 654 Mayret, arrived within the designated time and did a fantastic job. She initiated phone, internet, and 4 tv’s. She worked efficiently and politely explained everything.
