“I'm a truck driver, the big kind and was stranded around the corner after suffering an oil leak. The tech that fixed me up only brought two gallons of oil, which didn't even get the bottom of the dipstick wet. My truck takes 12 gallons of 15w40.So instead of waiting for authorization from corporate breakdown to buy more oil, i hopped on my bike and rode over to buy a gallon, knowing that doing so would be faster, and I'd be reimbursed.Then another, and another... Dipstick was still dry after five gallons.Finally, one of the people working, asked where my truck was parked. They knew exactly where it was a gave me some history of the spot.They suggested that I buy 3 gallons, of a cheaper brand, and they would drive it over for me.The weather wasn't hot and it was a short ride, but it made all the difference.Amazing service.”

“I travel US 19 through Inglis once a month. I had a hole rub through my transmission line on one trip. I limped to the store right at closing time and bought what I needed to patch my line to get home 2 hours away. They stayed late to make sure I had everything I needed and then one of the employees came back by to check on me an hour after closing because it was dark and I was working by flashlight. That meant a lot to me.. Great group of people who work there, especially to go out of their way like that for someone just passing through. Proud to say I make sure to stop in any time I'm in need of anything while I'm in the area.”
