I spent 40k in lights. It was the worst experience I have ever had with sales reps. They fired the first one who was late to both of my appointments with them and she took my order with her. I spent another couple of days redoing my order. My order finally comes in and they had switched one of my chandeliers with a floor model with missing parts and did not make it right. It has been horrible trying to get our rep to do anything.Update:They have made things better. They stepped up to make things right.

DO NOT SIGN ON TO WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE. Misti Miller essentially robbed me of $1200 and refused any resolution. She claimed I used her designs (I did not, her designs were outdated and she simply marked up prices on common Wayfair items and tried to sell me on them). Terrible person. Terrible business. Very SAD.

Misti is awesome! You should ALWAYS keep her happy - she is your best asset!!!!! I would never have bought from you had it not been for her - she worked with me during off hours and was always there for me!!! We love her! She is the best!!!!!!!!!!!!

Melissa and Sherry have been so great to work with. I ordered pendants with Melissa who fielded all my questions and helped me find the most gorgeous pendant lights for a great price. Sherry helped me find a breakfast nook light the next time I came in, and even lent it to me for the week since I wanted to see it in my home before purchasing it. Great experience with Lighting Etc!

Incredibly poor service and workmanship. My wife contracted with Misty to furnish and decorate a newly purchased home in Santa Rosa Beach and what a poor experience we have had. They are really big on over promising and under delivering in every aspect. Almost 3 months later and still not complete. The furnishings provided are very poor quality with most pieces damaged and or showing wear as if it is used. Large art pieces are hung improperly, damage on walls and stairs from moving pieces in and out. Window treatments have been "On Order" for over 8 weeks and nothing but excuses as to why they are not done. Long and short is we paid $60,000 and received at best $20,000 worth of product and services. If you are looking for anything other than "Lighting" avoid this place!

I had the opportunity to purchase new lighting in the major living areas of my home. I scheduled an appointment and met with Sherry at Lighting Etc. Sherry's guidance and expertise at helping me make my decisions was priceless. She was patient, informative, and committed to making sure I was really happy with my choices. Going forward, I will get all of my lighting from here; in addition to referring Lighting Etc. to my friends and clients.

Lovely show room and selection. I went in and Met Tessa who was fabulous to work with. She was patient and helpful even after I left. Tessa answered many questions via text and created a wish list online. She was knowledge and kind. Helped me order some beautiful pendants. I would highly recommend this store.
