I come in the store every time I’m in town from Kentucky. And have been for the past 5 year buying supplies. As soon as I walked in I felt singled out from everyone else like I was a criminal. Had one employee make fun of my talk and the rest of the employees was rude. Last time of ever shopping at this Ace Hardware again. I normally spend $200-$300 every time I’m in town but this time $18 and I left. Very rude place now. Not recommended.

Been a customer for years have bought a lot of Stihl from them. But Nick has left and it went down hill. I ve been talking to them for two days been hung up on and been treated like i don't matter to them that I've been a good customer paying customer.to them. I dropped a blower for them To work on. . Under warranty. Told them just needs spark plug boot it cracked let moisture in. No biggie. Get a call. I owe $100 for labor.and parts. I said it under warranty. Glenn says oh, it is. Ok got bill down $20. I didn't talk to anyone before work was done. . And get a surprise after. Then they want you to pay half of what the item is worth even if it under warranty. I can just put a hundred dollars with that and buy a new one at Gilberts hardware and not just have a new plug fuel filter and air filter thanks for nothing. Been going there for years. Not any more. Bill was $100+ got it down to $80. brand-new shiny blower with new everything $179. Thanks Brian's thanks. You ruined it for me.. STAY AWAY FROM BRIAN'S HARDWARE!!!! Management didn't even care I was screwed work was done with out consent or the price. Gone there for years. But done now..

Been going here for a few months now. Wonderful staff always polite and helpful. Plus they have fish and reptiles awesome to see while shopping gives peace of mind.
