Generally I have a pleasant experience there. However, on the last visit I wasn't impressed with the man that was there. While he wasn't necessarily unpleasant he wasn't that friendly either. It probably wouldn't hurt for him to either learn some soft skills or get a refresher course when it comes to customer service. However, I did like the layout of the store more than the last time that I was there.

First I tried to bring my phone over to boost using my Galaxy phone so I was only charged a $15/mo plan and they were to mail me my new SIM card which never arrived because they mailed it to someone else and I didn't get a refund but was told I had to drive to their store to get my SIM Card. So I realized a $15/mo was not gonna provide me the service I requested, so I decided to buy a phone with their Premium plan and they could not accommodate my address. Again I was told I had to go back to the store to buy my phone and my service. So I did and then the store personnel said he had to scan my Utah ID front and back to verify my out of state ID to purchase a phone and plan from Boost mobile, but they had already taken my Credit Card based on my UT address, and my phone and service was fully paid for and it's not on a contract, it's fully paid for, I pay a service fee each month or I loose my service. The man refused to give me my phone I owned an that point, he said he had to hold on to it until he could verify my ID, up to four more hours while I sat in the hot sun waiting for this process. That's ridiculous and now I have to try and figure out how to get my $15 back and I also am told I cant get a refund to my credit card until the boss signs a form which goes thru a supervisor who has to sign the form. Who needs a pain in their behind? I know I don't. Never ever gonna even think of ever getting anything called BOOST.

Boost mobile was great...but their sister company (Sprint), abandoned them...I literally had no service sitting in the business parking lot...they said I could purchase a reception booster...lol

I just wanted to say Raymond you was absolutely amazing when boost themselves screwed up and would not fix their mistake you went above and beyond to fix the problem I will always be forever grateful to you without you I would have been screwed it's a shame that you cared more about their customers then they do. Thank you so much for your help. I wish there was more people like you out there. I can't say enough how great you was I hope you have an amazing week. Sincerely Angel ( three phone dilemma lol ) Because of Raymond I will stay with Boost for now

I have to say it might have taken a little bit, just as signing up with any new service. RAY, Thank you, you seriously are stellar, professional, overall nice, and just a pleasure to work with! If you are going to sign up for service try and get Ray to work with. I do know he works in at least Interlachen and Palatka. I also met a ‘’higher up” sorry can’t remember his name but he was awesome too. Oh, and I heard great dad jokes to share with my son.

They are terrible, you go in there. They are highly priced. They can't help you do anything with your phone. Is just the biggle waste of time and a waste of a store. So if you want your phone service to work on your phone I suggest you find a way to do it yourself or take it. To another Boost Mobile store period.
