I have had no problems with this bank. I just use them to deposit checks. Only giving 4 stars because they are behind in times and don't do online banking. It's 2022. You should be able to just take a pic of a check and have it deposit into your account. You shouldn't ever have to physically go to a bank these days. I hope they are looking into upgrading and joining the 20th century soon.

This is the worst bank I have ever used. I closed an account here years ago because I had little access to my money on the weekends, they have unreasonable debit spending limits, and ATM limits, so if you need to make a large purchase/withdrawal and it's a weekend, you are SOL because they are closed.. I eventually ended up opening another account, thinking I would give them another chance. Well this weekend the ATM ate 160$ of mine and didn't credit it to my account. It was a Saturday so no customer service until Monday. Monday comes along and they say they have no control over the ATM it's a different company, and that they won't be out here until Thursday. No manager in my branch today, so they can't help me, and offer no solutions. I had to call the main branch, and it took a couple calls to get everything straightened. It's just a really big pain to bank with these guys, and I will be looking elsewhere to store my money..Edit: not even 3 hours passed after they credited my 160$, and they have taken it back out of my account. I just went up there and they basically told me to screw off, at least until next week when they can count their ATM. When they credited my $160 that their ATM stole, I paid a few bills. Now they have decided to take it back, and I will be overdrafted at their fault. They offered ZERO help and do NOT care about the people whose money they are taking. Be very careful..

Reading the reviews, I was taken aback at how rude and idiotic some of the others writing the reviews were. I opened an account a few months ago and have been treated very respectfully and I found the tellers to be very efficient and I've had no problems using the ATM or the inside banking. BOA closed their closest branch so I decided to try CSB and am very happy with the service.

Garbage bank. Rude to their customers, decline to help you or be compassionate about any issues you have with them. Then they are petty and block your number so you can't even contact them.

This bank has a horrible online presence the app is absolutely worthless and now the website won't let me log into my account shows the wrong information and has locked me out of my account... AGAIN...

Always there to help with any and all problems every curtious even when customers are rude and nasty to them I don't know hoy they do It I double snatching a nasty person over the counter and teaching them respect the old school way

My mother husband passed away and they had the nerve to charge my mom 200 dollars to access a safety deposit box key that my mom could not find. on top of dealing with a death, the staff put even more strain on my mom by charging her 200 dollars that she did not have. NO COMPASSION!!!!!!!
