They've really been there for us but I really don't appreciate one of your female workers calling my man "babe" and "baby" on the phone. That pisses me off. I was standing right there and I heard everything. Her tone changed real quickly when my man told her that I was his fiancée. Have some respect! ?

We were looking for an upright freezer and tried another rental store wasnt too great but came to arrons and the store manager Heather was nothing short of amazing. She she was very welcoming and loving entering the store explaining everything we needed to know making the experience more than wonderful and I ended up getting more than what I came for I left with a speaker too..lol.. but overall I will be coming back again for more very soon.Thanks again Heather

The lady there must have been mentally challenged. Because she told me to put the address from my Id after I told her that address wasn’t accurate and she said. “Oh now you’re not gonna get it because you lied to me”. Don’t go here to lease stuff. Go to rent a center. Rent a center won’t tell you that you lied to them when you obviously didn’t. Had a horrible experience. They won’t even let you walk out with the item you just leased with your ID AND SOCIAL. Now I’m currently contacting a lawyer for request of information to have my social security number and id information removed from their system
