Completely unsatisfactory! The manager is unprofessional she has an attitude, Employees, not knowing what they’re doing doing upgrades incorrectly, giving the wrong phone. I went back into the store to get my issues fixed. I’ve been in there about three different times my situation is not fixed and that she told me that I needed to go to a corporate store in Ocala 30 minutes out my way after I’ve already spent so much time in and out of their store already because of their incompetence I highly would recommend staying away from this AT&T dealer or you will be unhappy and stuck !!

Matthew and Ian were the best! Great customer service! Helped my mother and grandma get a new phone, cases, and gave great tutorials! Couldn’t ask for better customer service!

Haley was very professional, quick in assisting me and getting everything done fast. Better the good service on the wireless network, she made the experience better. Everyone in the store were friendly and helpful as well.

I knew nothing of what I was doing. I wanted a new plan and a new phone. Haley to the rescue!!! She was just so sweet, kind and helpful. She helped me get a phone, plan, case, charger, and screen protection. She moved my info from my old phone to my new one, put the case and screen film on, made a test call to be sure it was working, in short she was great!!!!!
