I had a great experience at AutoZone for the second time! The store is always helpful, friendly, and well-organized. The team is clearly committed to excellent customer service.
I want to give special recognition to Kyle; he is incredibly knowledgeable and resourceful. He went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed and even changed my back wipers besides answering my questions.
It's clear they know their stuff and genuinely care about their customers.

Gary B went above and beyond service! When my car's battery died in the middle of the intersection he came out with the charger and got it across the road to the parking lot and installed the new battery.

Had a check engine light 2 times and came here for diagnostic, most recent time was for my o2 sensor, the lady there helped me with finding a o2 sensor but has no knowledge about the difference between California emissions system and Federal, then tried to assume I was wrong and wasn’t as helpful because of this, great place for needs but staff can be very unhelpful sometimes and act like they know it all when they do not

I came in looking for a tool that would remove the bearing clamp from the steering knuckle. They didn't have it in store, that didn't stop this man Kyle from improvising and putting in the WORK. he got it out and removed the bearing I damaged. He shined where O'Reillys didn't.

Super helpful staff. Got my check engine like diagnosis for free. Although at dealerships that isn't always 100% for them, other diagnosis, but changed a $180 diagnosis to free because it came back as a thermostat, and the gentleman that helped me was super helpful and friendly, sorry I don't remember your name :*( BUT! Excellent customer service here, and I am going to be happy coming back here for future services.

So of course I was having a hectic day and when I step foot in the door I was greeted with not one or two but three warm friendly hi and good mornings followed with immediate help litterly ending my negative stressful vibe right then and there. Thank you guys for being quick and understanding more business should thrive to train employees like these, attitude is everything.

I went in to get my battery, starter and alternator checked. Gary assisted me and was so helpful! He ran all the tests and found the issue and explained it to be to make sure I understood. 10/10 recommend Gary!

I just have to say the manager Daniel and the young lady that works. There are absolutely amazing. They always go above and beyond to help figure out what the problem is. Their patient understanding and communicate amazingly. As well they work together very well.
