I've been with BOA since they were Barnett Bank. When I moved to Inverness there were two branches. They closed the large one and kept a satelite branch open. It is so busy I have left on occasion without service from frustration. This morning is a good example.Four people behind the counter with one customer, I left again frustrated.

After 40 year's of business with this horrible bank I'm taking my money and business elsewhere! Rude customer service the guy that was there Saturday was a real Richard Cranium!!!!

Amazing customer service! All of the staff members were super friendly and attentive! Mrs. Shapiro went above and beyond breaking down the information and giving insightful suggestions, preparing me for my first account with Bank of America!

Our sister had passed away at the end of March so we came into her bank to start the process of getting her account into my twin sister and my name as we are now successor trustee's of her trust. There was a lot of paperwork etc to navigate through but Alex helped us every step of the way. She was very professional and knowledgeable of what steps needed to be taken. She is literally a ray of sunshine and always made us feel welcome and like part of the BOA family. Good job Alex - we appreciate your hard work and most of all your compassion and kindness through this difficult time.

Horrible customer service! Drive-in teller is shared with inside teller job. You wait forever in either place. If you are disabled, you cannot stand in line inside. Why have a drive-in service if you cannot accommodate it? Think I will be changing banks soon. The management here is beyond terrible. What is up?

When calling this bank it's next to impossible to talk to areal person.You get menu choices that don't apply, you ae only given the option of getting your info on line, when and if you finally get to talk to a real person to ask questions about your account you have to make an appointment and you can't get in until 2 days down the road.Total lack of personal service.

Rude staff that lied to me about doing a mobile deposit check. They held the check for over 5 days when the banker there swore to me it would go in the next day. Also came here yesterday and the rude big fat guy in a suit told me not to come inside because the store ch ged their hours. What bank changes their hours when they want to? Very unprofessional and horrible bank location.

Asked for help with an estate letter. Made and appointment with Alex and WOW , praise aggressive at it finest. Kept gaslighting saying im not forcing you. But that's why I came to get the help.Please don't use that like I am being hostile.She now realizes I have more than a second grade education and tells me I am speaking to her loudly, which I reply that is because I am.death. oh you did not tell me that. I should tell you that because why?.How is that not a validation of the A.DA and in walks Ed. The manager that now proceeds to do the same thing.Remind you she told me to come and so she could help.I ask Ed several.time about her comment and sarcastically say so I should like wear a button that says I am hard of hearing. He says he doesn't know if he can take me serious.Unforgivable garbage and let me say... go to another bank. They are clueless
