No Issues With The Location But the customers support 1800 number is total bull crap I extended my bill through bridge pay as I fell short this month on my bills and unfortunately ended up in the hospital and missed my second payment when I called and asked if there was anything that could be done to help me out till this coming Friday as I’m currently in a rut the gentlemen proceeded to tell me I can take 10 dollars off and that’s us losing a lot are you kidding me when I’m paying 100 plus a month for 2 phones couldn’t even try to extend me for another week or anything was just simply saying well seems like your stuck I understand it’s my obligation to make sure my phones are paid but sometimes people fall on hard time and unexpected expenses come like being out in the hospital and all I was asking was for another extension no money lost and they couldn’t even do that doesn’t seem like cricket wireless would help their customers and all

I visited this location this morning in regard to an issue with my Cricket SIM card. My iPhone would not register my physical SIM card, and I asked if it could be fixed. The young lady, Yali, stated my phone was outdated and providing a new SIM card would not work. Essentially, she said, my only option was to upgrade my phone. She proceeded to give me a quote for a new iPhone 13 in which she stated it would be $570+. I politely asked for my phone back and proceeded to get a second opinion. I had to travel to Tampa for work and visited the Cricket location on Fletcher. Within 10 minutes they were able to provide a eSIM card which fixed the issue with my phone and now it is working perfectly fine. Furthermore, the gentleman working advise me that I had a $200 discount on any smart phone in the store. I asked him about the iPhone 13 specifically and he stated that after my discount I would be eligible for the iPhone 13 at a little over $300 which is a lot less than what Yali quoted. I’m glad I got a second opinion because had I not I would’ve been swindled into buying an overpriced iPhone 13. Based off of her attitude I knew she was lying, and I would give this location zero stars due to her poor customer service.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Cricket Wireless, and I must say, the experience exceeded all expectations. The standout of my visit was Jeremy, the customer service associate who assisted me. His service was nothing short of phenomenal. He was friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to thoroughly explain my options and answer all of my questions. Jeremy went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied, making me feel like a valued customer. If you’re considering Cricket Wireless, I highly recommend them—especially if you have the opportunity to work with Jeremy! He truly sets the bar for excellent customer service.

Jeremy and I have been friends for quite some time and when I told him how much I was paying for my phone and service he said he could get me a much better deal in which he delivered 100%. I really needed to port my number from the company I was with because they were charging me an arm and a leg and even overcharged me for the device I was using. Jeremy was able to help me get my number and everything transferred over with perfection and got me into a phone with better features that suit my needs and reduced my bill by over $100 a month. Will be recommending everyone to come see him!
