The entire staff are always so incredibly kind helpful and professional. The pharmacist I don't know his name but he is incredibly kind and professional and represents the epitome of fantastic customer service 👌❤️

Always have to wait at the pharmacy to get my scripts. No one behind the counter is in a hurry to accommodate you. Pharmacy service is very poor

I visit CVS in Inverness with my brother several times a month as he mas many prescriptions , everyone at the pharmacy is kind and patient except for one person, Kim, she is always rude to my brother , she singled him out in front of other customers, and is condescending in her comments, my brother has never been rude back to her , he is the most kind man, I personally think she should be removed from this job, she is clearly not happy, and it doesn’t promote what CVS stands by.

The staff in the pharmacy are rude and treat their customers like idiots. They also fill prescriptions that have been discontinued. Sometimes filling more than one medication strength at the same time. One day they are going to injure or worse!!

Just love the CVS Pharmacy on Main Street in Inverness the pharmacist is so personable and helpful. He always calls me right back when I leave a message in the portal. When my daughter's allergy's were acting up he actually came out from behind the counter to help us choose the correct medicine for her and walked us through how to take it. Thanks so much for all the help and consideration. Maryanne

What happened to me at CVS today was so ridiculous I'm thinking about switching all my prescriptions to Walgreens. For over a week I've been trying to get my insulin first they were contacting my old doctor while my new doctor was calling in prescriptions. I finally updated my doctor and they put in for a refill on Friday I get to Tuesday and no refill. I called my doctor's office and had it called in. So I got dressed and ready to go get my insulin. When I got to the counter they said it would be 25 minutes after about 30 minutes I went back up to the counter. And that's when they informed me that they were out of stock. They couldn't tell me when I arrived they made me wait. My confusion is I've been fighting with the doctor's office and the pharmacy to get this filled. You think if they had a prescription pending for my insulin they would have ordered it. And then they were so rude and Unapologetic. By this point I had run out of insulin the night before . I have to travel on an e-bike not very easy to just hop on to the next CVS. Just like I said Walgreens takes my insurance and it's closer to my house. I thought they only covered my prescriptions at CVS thank goodness CVS let me find out different today. Goodbye CVS keep treating your customers like this. They seriously sent me a text this morning saying they got my back! LOL what a joke

The CVS here in Inverness is excellent. The staff are quite helpful. Pricing is a mix bag as it is all places these days.

Will be charging my pharmacy no matter what time in the day I go to drive through you have to wait 10 to 15 minutes per car. When you finally get to the window the clerk disappears. Very slow branch

Wait, time was horrible. I was the only person in the drive-thru line. The recording said I had 3 scripts to pick up, but only 1 was ready. This has happened to me several times. Same if I go in.
