The service I get at the shop is top-notch. The technicians always come out and talk to me about the maintenance. They did on my bike and any future recommendations I might need. I trust them and highly recommend them to anyone.

The nicest people. The ladies at Trek were very knowledgeable,and helpfulll. They even let the customers come in and hydrate from the bike path. Very cool. I called about a Thule Easyfold XT e-bike carrier. She had them in stock, so later that days I bought one. Great people to do business with. Thank you

We would highly recommend Trek Bicycles in Inverness. My husband and I stopped in first to Trek, spoke with incredibly knowledgeable staff, then wanted to check out all other options in bikes. We ended up going back to Trek. The customer service at this store is top of the line. They let us take out several bikes to make sure we were in the right bike. Their prices were the best we could find on excellent Bicycles and accessories. The staff is friendly, customer service oriented and simply the very best.

A shout-out and thanks to Ashley. I was recently backpack camping and biking the trail nearby and ran into disc brake rub due to a loose caliper and unable to tighten due to a striped bolt. Ashley was skilled and able to re-thread and get me a non-striped bolt. She got me on my way and biking fast. She saved me a lot of stress and disc rub noise. Her kindness and skill saved the day and for that I am 5-star thankful.

I bought my trike here years ago and sadly after sitting in their shop for a week, they said it couldn't be fixed. The staff were pleasant but I was disheartened to say the least. I brought my trike to the other bike shop in town and it was fixed within days.

They tuned up my old bike and did a great job. Today I showed up with a low tire when out riding and they were very kind and got me filled up! Appreciate the home town feel of this bike store!

Trek Inverness is perfectly situated next to the Withlacoochee Biking Trail. The people there are so friendly and helpful.
