Clean gym. Plenty of cardio, machines and free weight equipment. ??

I just finished up yesterday with a 13 session training with John Hockley! He was absolutely fantastic! He pushed me each session to be my best and keep progressing forward. I would HIGHLY recommend training with John. Looking forward to signing up again in January!

If you haven't popped your head in here And you know your way around the gym this place got a good deal. You're greeted by all the staff. They maintain healthy morale and cleanliness.
