I have lived at Edgewater Oaks Mobile Home Park for over two years now and it's a great place to live. Very well-managed very clean people are very friendly and the lot rent is very reasonable. And it's very convenient to stores, nature and any other activities may be interested.

Cute and quiet little community. Like most mobile home communities the houses are close together.
