Dawn is amazing! She cut my hair exactly how I wanted it—down to every little detail. She also cuts and colors my mom’s hair regularly and always does a great job. She’s friendly and easy to talk to. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone who knows what they’re doing :)

Cierra always does a wonderful job, their prices are amazing in comparison to other local places. I look forward to sitting in the chair! The shop is tidy and the other beauticians seem very skilled as well as they are nice! Super welcoming environment.

Scott is amazing. Been going here for about 5 years. Took me 2 years to find a person to cut my hair correctly after Patty Fisher retired. Patty was awesome also. Keep up the good work.

By far Highlands West Salon is the BEST salon in town.I established with Dawn as a client a couple of times now.I've been HIGHLY impressed with the QUALITY of her talent.She has 38 years of experience and it shows WELL.She has given me WONDERFUL haircuts. I'm very picky about my hair , I have thick naturally curly hair so all it needs is a good haircut. I've been to three other salons in Inverness and I was beginning to think I had to walk around with bad hair as long as I lived here.. lol... my friend recommended I try Highlands West Dawn gave me a beautiful haircut reasonably priced and very nice clean environment.. I was very pleased I will be back thank you again Dawn
