“Melissa Seney was excellent in getting me coverage. I literally thought I had car insurance but found out that was supposed to have been auto-renewed was not! 3 cars, NO coverage!
And now to add to that, since it had been 2.5 months since it lapsed, I could not re-instate.
Another provider that I had used in the past also said since you do not have in force coverage you need to go to a higher priced insurance company.
Melissa got me a great rate, (half the quote of the other higher priced company) handled my questions and changes to the policy professionally and was quick in getting it done.
