this is the best nail shop in citrus county ! my mother and I have been going to Ivy nails for the last 10 years and have never had an issue. the staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the nails are always great! thank you to the amazing people at ivy nails. my mom and i love you guys!

my nails where very sloppy. all of them were a different shape and they didn’t clean my nails nor cut my cuticles. the guy was sneezing, coughing, and had a runny nose the whole time and when he was filing my nails he was looking at the tv. i wouldn’t suggest this place.

they did way better than I thought, I was skeptical at first but they actually did pretty good. the staff was so nice and actually made conversation!! I love my nails and I will be back!!

They can’t do nails and don’t try to accommodate anything if you’re upset about it. I will never be going back to this nail salon horrible experience !!!!

My experience at ivy nails over 3 years has been nothing but, excellent! The staff are very friendly and do a great job. I get very frustrated by people that come to get their nails done and add several things to what they are having done and except the same cost!?? You can't go to Publix and put groceries in your cart without paying for everything. Some people are amazing and should not judge.

Took my girlfriend here to get her nails done, at the end of it all of her fingers were bleeding, and they put gel on her nails even after she selected the standard polish.

Overall experience was very bad. the lady who did my nails was nice but unfortunately the whole vibe wasn’t the best. After they told me a price after I asked 2 times they changed the price at the end when I was about to pay, one short lady from the back approached me and started yelling at me which I responded to “ please, do not yell at me, I’m not talking to you like that, lower your voice”. She didn’t listen and continue yelling and saying that I was paying extra for getting a French tip which she did not say that at the beginning. And even the lady who did my nails told them “ we already told her a price at the beginning, can we still charge her the same” and another lady a taller one looked at her very angry and said immediately NO and walked away. The lady who did my nails continue to apologized to me for the maltreatment I was getting by these 2 people and I said I’m sorry you have to work with them because at the beginning when the lady who did my nails show the taller lady about her prior work on a different client and she was so excited about it and smiling telling and showing a pic of the design she did, the taller lady didn’t respond or said anything nice to her but “ ummmm” and walked away, I could see they’re only nice with each other and not to the rest. I understand they feel more comfortable with their own people but it is not the way you treat costumers even if it’s for $5, people work hard as you guys do and everybody should be respected. I kept calm the whole time, paid my bill which it wasn’t what we agreed and walked away because the environment was just not safe for me I didn’t feel safe there and was a horrible experience. Mind you, I only got gel polish on my own nails. My nails are very short and the results weren’t the best but I still didn’t complain or said anything because the lady who did It was nice with me the whole time but I ended up leaving so disappointed and dissatisfied that I even forgot my drink there and I walked out of that door I was so frustrated and anxious because having people yelling at you and giving you weird looks and not talking to you in a proper manner it something you shouldn’t experience at a nail salon or anywhere. Also, the place did not look clean at all, they had a weird smell and everything just looked very disorganized and like I said not a good experience. The only people that were nice was the guy who approached at the end to try to make up for the 2 other ladies behavior which I appreciate and the lady who did my nails. I’m never going back there and I’ll make sure people know about my experience here and outside so they never have to experience this when they’re trying to get their nails done and feel better and go there to relax not to get anxious and not feel safe.
