Went shopping for succulents. Selection was disappointing, overpriced and not healthy looking. I just wanted the plant but all of the nice ones were preplanted in fancy containers that I didn't need and made them cost prohibitive.

It's a big place, so when I ask for help finding things, workers are always helpful to direct me, or walk me to the items faster than using the app.

I used to not care for this place but I lived in another area in South Florida. It seems up here in Middle Florida that's the workers are much more friendly and caring. And of course they have just about everything I need. Update: But the last 2 times there website said they had it BUT they didn't, after wasting my time & gas. Now 7/14/23 got a deal on Tarnx. 120623 looking for round metal keyhole wall hanger - no luck. But a manager was very helpful in helping me look.. Update 7-23-24 got what I needed, chain saw chain, bar oil, wood hardener, little screws(100pk), hose for oil siphoner. $65.00. Still under OBiden Regime Economy.

with all the changes going on there, I prefer to drive the extra 30 minutes to home depot rather than have the impersonal, and rude employees.. lets not open registers and then lets not open but one self pay because the 90 yr old we hired, cant see too far... sorry I would rather p[ay more and drive farther

Fewer employees than what's actually needed at peak times.At peak times often unpredictable how much help you get without moderate wait. But when I'm lucky, and the store is not slammed, the help is conscientious and attentive. No real complaints. It's better than Home Depot.

I am CANCELING MY ACCOUNT with LOWE'S! Recently we got a bill with a SURCHARGE on it for PAPERWORK! NOT paying for something that is a BUSINESS EXPENSE that they deduct on their taxes!!

Rude manager at front of store. He interrupted the cashier from checking me out, to complain about 12 employees calling out even though he pays them over $15 an hour. MAYBE THEY DON'T LIKE WORKING FOR HIM AT ANY WAGE. Instead of apologizing for delaying me, the rude manager said "she was talking to me" (after He interupted) Never again. Ace Hardware is $5 cheaper for Milorganite, and Rural King is almost $5 cheaper for a 20lb bag of bird seed. RUDENESS SHOULD BE AVOIDED. Hello Home Depot, Ace, and Rural King, where they actually say Thank You to their customers at the cash register and appreciate your cash. I wonder where some of these people were raised.
Update: Look at the pathetic canned response. Lowe's doesn't care about customer service or manners.

Go to the new HD in Widwood!!
Every time I come here for a large project, there are one or two thing that they don’t have so I have to go to HD to get it.
Often they won’t return their own product with good documentation at Lowe’s, not at HD.
You want a cart here at the blue store- good luck. They tell you “ go look in the parking lot”. At HD there are dozens of them everywhere.
No more blue for me. Now that the orange store is close by there is no reason to put up with them.
