I was not sure about buying a mattress but I knew I needed one. There were a lot of choices. Jay was a tremendous help with breaking down the choices helping me to find the correct mattress. Also, the manager came in and knocked a “home run” helping me to get the “price” I needed.

Will was a pleasure to deal with. I went in alone to check out the store and the inventory. After telling him what my needs were, he explained the differences in the different beds they carry without trying to pressure me into buying something I didn’t need. I came in several hours later with my husband. He remembered everything about what I was looking for like I had just been in minutes before. I felt like I was his only customer, not just a number.
We purchased our bed Monday evening and were sleeping on it Wednesday. The delivery was punctual and quick. The men delivered our bed and set it up and were gone within 15 minutes.
All in all, it was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend Mattress Firm of Inverness (Main St location) to anyone looking for a new good night’s sleep.

What a great experience at mattress firm in Inverness!! Jay the sales person was awesome from the time he greeted me at the door till the time i left. Was patient with all my questions, answered them with enthusiasm and knowledge of his product!!! Cant say enough about mattress firm and jay at the Inverness store, was truly a great experience and would recommend mattress firm and jay to anyone looking to purchase a new mattress👍😃 very happy customer and an awesome experience!!👍👍

The guy was great and professional. My opinion about the salesman doesn't change. The mattress, which I had for only three days. It sags in the middle, hurting my back. I tried spring mattresses and they are the same. I'm tired of buying mattresses and they all do the same. Which go back selling them old mattresses. I'm 72, and hurting my back and knees, sleeping on the floor. I tired that there's any mattresses that are firm. In the picture you can see a sag in it
