“dropping off packages for Christmas and Tina was working with one other gentleman. He was helping someone send out at least 75 small packages and was busy. The whole office was packed and Tina was going through the line super quickly while being super sweet to everyone and helping her partner with his customer. When helping me she went out of her way to recommend a different boxing and shipping method and just made everyone's day easier. Bless you Tina.”
“I left the post office in Inverness frustrated because of the rudeness of the postmaster. Went to Floral City USPS. Omg what a difference. I even spent more to ship the pkg then I really wanted to just because the lady was so much more pleasant and pleasing.”
“Very lovely post office. The lady, Ronda was super helpful and was able to help me fill out the form for international postage. It was very busy with the traffic but she was able to work very efficiently despite being the only one working there. I really recommend this post office.”

“We’re looking for a place to renew my husband passport, the place that close to our place had a problem and can’t process the application till later in afternoon.We’re driving by just to kill the time and I saw the sign passport so hurriedly we went inside, it didn’t take us long to be there not even a minute the lady took us right away telling us what to do with application and stuff. Husband passport arrived in two months plus week period so if you ever thinking going somewhere and need your passport better apply or renew early.”
