I worked with Brandon at the Inverness branch. He has been great working on my problem and he continues to work on my issues and I feel confident he will resolve them. Region Bank couldn’t ask for a better asset to their bank can’t say enough about the service I personally received.

I am very unhappy with this bank. I have had my ss and ssi checks .By insurance fraud. The manager is rude and treats me like i am stupid and a lying thief. He told me me insurance people do not come to house. I was frauded. By one of those telephone callers trying to sell insurance. Im not lying. I would not recommend this bank to anyone. basically stole out of my accounts

I dont know why you got rid of the Inverness girls at the Inverness Branch. They were really GREAT girls. Bring back Mitziel, Kelly, Lori, and Rebecca. The Branch Manager at Inverness is a great guy. He always takes the time to answer my questions and resolve my problems. Im just not truly satisfied with Regions, I also bank at other banks and credit unions. One good suggestion would be to have your tellers count their cash drawers BEFORE you open the bank instead of counting them when there are customers waiting in line.

I recently opened a business bank account at the Regions Inverness branch. Sheryl Rogstad (Team Lead) was extremely efficient and helpful throughout the entire process. She demonstrated professionalism and was very knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone in need of opening a new bank account, and would recommend the Regions Inverness branch for all their banking needs.

Horrible customer service. Tellers have bad attitudes often. Mess money counts up often. They won't answer then phone normally. If I could give less than a 1 star I would.

Loved my experience ❤️ They made feel like family. Was professional all at the same time. Was very thro and answered my questions and explained everything so I understood so I get what fits best for me. Manager made me laugh and told me for any reason come see him and he would help me out! ♥️Made my day ,it was a Awesome best banking experience ever!

(Don't ever go to regions) show I deposited money on a savings and a checking bank account. I tried making a secured credit bank account and the lady never did her job, and a check was sent to a adress. But the banks telling me they did.i told her I don't live at that adrees .the bank keep telling me to talk to the people that own the creditcard.the people that own the creditcard tell me to talk to the branch I've been trying to get my money for a whole month( Don't bank with regions unless you wanna be running around ) they don't know what their doing not helpful at all regions is the worst bank I ever baked with save yourself the trouble don't waist your time money and gass

Walked in to new branch, bankers were rude to guy in front of me. Not sure if there was a reason but i had 4 dollars cash and needed change for our business register just needed a few rolls of pennies and was told they didnt keep money there.. and that we needed to have an account with them i thought this was a bank, where people could have a mutual exchange point of currency.. I must think a bank is something different. Well im glad we keep our business account with a different bank. Do not recommend Regions Inverness.

Glitch in ATM took my cash deposit. Supposedly they never found the extra money. Little to none investigating. Bad customer service.
