I LOVE THIS PLACE!
I have serious issues with in grown toe nails and Lisa is an EXPERT at removing them. My toes feel so good after a pedicure here.❤️❤️❤️

I went here today for the first time and had a gel pedicure and acrylic nail fill ins with Numy. I have a few problem nails and she offered a great solution . She was very detailed oriented and gentle. Great experience!

As soon as you walk in, they yell at you to pick a color! No welcome nothing civilized about it.
Once you are in the chair for your Pedicure, you no longer exist. They work on your feet like it’s a separate end today while they speak in their language and loud voices to each other ignoring the client completely.
Once I heard a woman calling out, could they please bring her her shoes cause she’s been waiting 45 minutes and needed to leave !
This is supposed to be a service business, but apparently that never computed to the people who still act in a dismissive rude attitude to their clients .

I recently visited your salon with the understanding that, due to my 4C hair texture, it might be challenging to receive services. I respectfully asked the front desk associate if there was someone available who could confidently work with my hair. A stylist named April came from the back and assured me that she could handle the service. I double-checked and even showed her a photo of the style and color I wanted. She confidently confirmed that she could achieve the look.
Trusting her experience—especially after she mentioned she had 30 years in the industry and had worked as a manager—I proceeded. However, April brought over a bowl of hair color without showing me the shade or confirming it with me first. I trusted her professional judgment, assuming she had my best interest in mind.
Unfortunately, the results were extremely disappointing and not at all what I asked for. This is especially upsetting as I was preparing for my parents' 40th wedding anniversary—a very important occasion I made clear during my visit.
Afterward, I called the salon in hopes of speaking with a manager to find a resolution. However, Lisa refused to speak with me or allow me to return to have the issue corrected. She stated that once I left the salon, the sale was final and nothing could be done—even as a new customer.
I am deeply disappointed not only in the service I received, but in the complete lack of accountability and willingness to address the situation. I trusted your team with my appearance for a meaningful family event, and I feel completely dismissed.

I had my nails done here with a friend a few months ago, and I didnt say anything at the time. I hate leaving negative reviews, however after my friend had an awful experience here today I feel the need to leave an **honest** review. My acrylic set was rushed, unevenly cured (the surface was lumpy) and when I had asked to just file down the top and do a solid color the person doing my nails was clearly annoyed by the request. The service here is completely lazy, and it genuinely is a chop shop. I'd save your money.

Had hair and nails done (mani / pedi, gel french) and both were the best I've had in this area!
I'm hard on a manicure and a week out, my nails look just done. Great job by Van!
And after trying 5-6 different places for simple haircuts and being disappointed, Erica gave me a really good cut.
The shop is busy, friendly, clean, and has a good vibe. I'll definitely be back!

Best nail salon in Inverness hands down! They take the time to make sure the shape is perfect. Designs are done with an expert hand, have never left feeling anything but fabulous and thankful to have such a pro nail shop in my tiny town ❤️
