Two stars are for how nice everyone was. As far as how my nails looked, it's the absolute worst salon I've ever been to. Tony just globbed on the paint. They wouldn't dry. And the way he moved My hands around, they kept hitting paper towels that were sitting there. These pictures were taken Saturday, and I had my nails done Tuesday. It was definitely a rush job. The massage was super light and super quick. He really just didn't seem to care about the quality of the job in any facet.

overall the place is nice, but the lady doing my nails was a bit rough. my nails hurt real bad.. never had this happen. i feel like she could’ve been more gentle. not to mention extra $10 just for 2 nails painted a different color. no deigns, just a diff paint color. i will probably go back, i’m just going to ask for someone else.Service: Acrylic nails

This busy, lovely salon is conveniently located in the Publix plaza. I had a haircut and the stylist took her time to ensure a quality cut. I could not have been happier.

This place is amazing. They fit my friend and I in as a last minute walk in for a mani/pedi. All the staff is very kind and it’s a week later and my nails still look perfect.

They are phenomenal with customer service and clean. It is hard sometimes to get an appointment because they are a small salon and very busy. I have pedicures, manicures, and eyebrow waxing done here and always have a pleasant experience.

Today I have the dissapointed of reviewing this salon because I gave it 2 chances to give me a good experience, but all they did was just provide a catty attitude, demeaning communication and passive aggressive behavior.From- hinting that I'm too unpleasant and sad faced, interrupting me while I was talking, literally slapping my hand away when I pointed out the flaws in my manicure - To making personal and hugely inappropriate comments regarding my life and state of being in general and also saying: There are so many other nail salons that you can go to next time.I feel that I have the right to not be happy with the service that I payed for, as it was anything but quality. The first time around in this salon, I had the male technician who couldn't do the abre for me but also instead of working and offering something he's good at doing, he mocked and humiliated me by loudly saying: Make up your mind.Even though it made me feel horrible, I am new to this town and decided to not be too fast with poor judgment as we're all humans and have bad days. So I called the salon to share with what happened, the reception lady was kind and apologetic and scheduled me an appointment with the salon owner, Lisa. The second time around I really hoped that it would be better. However the owner never apologized she just claimed that she is here to "fix and listen" to me. However I was interrupted multiple times while talking during my session, they could not do the design that I'd wanted as she said they are too simple of a salon to do 3D designs, so we settled on doing French. When Lisa made yet another comment about me being sad, I told her that I'm grieving as I come from the country where war is going on and I still got family there. She said that I was way in my head about everything and cared too much about what others think of me, totally inappropriate and unprofessional thing to say especially to someone who already had a bad experience previously at her salon, that is some mind games 101 and the nerve and disrespect of this lady is beyond.Personally I hate when women act this way, because I'm a feminist and think that we should empower, support and uplift each others spirits, especially when someone is suffering.I'm also huge small business supporter, I understand what customer service is and should be like, as I have 9 years working experience in it, so to show such disregard and zero compassion says a lot.I hate confrontation and I was okay with simply removing the previously applied gel and going home, but for some reason I felt like assumptions were made and Lisa thought she would "put me in my place" I guess, for making a big deal out of this whole thing and complaining, she did redo my nails for free but for what reason I don't understand because if you try to fix bad service then you keep the attitude to the minimum and quietly do your thing and not make things worse. That breaks my heart because I was nothing but polite, accommodating and understanding with them, both times. Nevertheless I never received any kind of respect or an ounce of freaking decency. From what I gathered this woman showed me that she isn't about making people happy and living in the new age, she basically told me not to come back to her salon, still don't understand the reason why... My problem wasn't the manicure but the disrespectful way they hold business, but maybe it's a cultural thing, I don't know.I'm disappointed that such attitude still exists and that the customer service is no where to be found at that place.Just because you smile when you say mean things, doesn't make your worlds hurt less.I'm never going back there either way, but with all my heart I do hope that they realize that this approach is toxic and isn't the way, hopefully, one day, they would consider changing for the better.Service: Manicure

They had many openings and were able to take my daughter and I for a same day appointment. It was a very busy salon, but there was a good vibe and great interaction between the staff there. The girls who did my nails did a good job, however, it was not clearly communicated to me how much would be paying. When I made the appointment, I was told that an acrylic fill would be $31. I had gone in with a few nails that need to be completely redone, so I expected to pay a little more than what I was quoted. The woman who did my nails then removed the rest of the acrylic from the rest of my nails and gave me a full set. I didn't ask for this but let her continue. She then suggested that I get a highlight nail in a contrasting color. Again, not a problem. Usually not an extra charge cuz it's just a color, no artwork. By the time it was said and done, I paid for a full new set of acrylic, removal of all the old acrylic and then was charged for the 'artwork' on a contrasting nail. I ended up paying 2x what I had been quoted on the phone. The salon was great. My clinician was personable and easy to talk to. However, my recommendation is be really clear before the appointment what the charges actually are.
