Staffing (knowledge, customer service) has declined since Pete left. Staff *yells* a welcome (perfunctory) when customers come in; that's the first annoyance. Second, I've had an account w/ SW since the 1990s and have bought +$1000s in paint and supplies for home and project use. Yet, since I apparently don't fit the profile that the younger men deem worthwhile. I typically don't even get asked anymore about my account. Third, sloppy work! When I get mixed cans back now, they are almost always crimped from the machine in some aspect (and I see the cans beforehand) and the labels are placed haphazardly (e.g., sideways) and often crimped where info can't be seen on them.

Dennis is very helpful!We went in to get information on painting our motorhome. He gave us great service and even ask if we were in a hurry because there was a sale coming up. We went back and got our paint and supplies and saved $$. We even compared there prices to Lowe’s as we needed to make a trip there too and we found that Sherwin Williams had better prices on supplies.

We originally called Lowes. We had previously ordered sealer from them and given them our credit card over the phone to pick up later. The girl who answered at the paint desk was extremely rude to my husband, saying they couldn't do that, blah blah blah. So I called Sherwin Williams to see if they had the product we needed. They did. And they were very helpful and the product was even ON SALE. We saved about $40, and got what we needed. We will now bypass Lowes (their products aren't that good anyway) and deal solely with Sherwin Williams for our painting needs. Thank you SW.

Went into the store for primer and paint recommendations for a home project. Employees were more than helpful. They got the 2 gallons of my needed paint and started to ring it up when the employee stopped and asked " do you need this prior to Friday, today was Tuesday, I said " no, not really ". He wrote my name on the paint and told me to "come back Friday" " we are having a 40% off sale. Now this is the kind of place you will definitely keep using. I was elated, thank you SW you are the very very best.

Worst SW paint store! No idea how to use paint color matching device. The employees bad mouthing each other over bag of money left out and if an employee was in bathroom all the time.
I brought one type of paint in and was given a different kind without even asking me if it was acceptable. Didn’t tell me the price before hand.. just assumed I’d accept whatever it ended up being.
Out of 3 different employees, not a one of them could tell me a color. I simply needed to know what color the paint was and they said and I quote “we don’t do that”. I literally walked out and looked to make sure I was in a paint store.
Will not be going back to this store and I recommend you don’t either!

I went there looking for oil base paint and the seller try to sell me water base I told him exactly what I need oil base not water base I never go back there this is not the place for me

I cannot say enough about this Sherwin Williams store! The whole crew there is helpful, courteous and go the extra mile. We were quite perplexed on color choices but then We used a SW color design specialist(Patty) online who was great and the service is free! Pete at the Inverness store made sure we had what we needed without pushing an Over Sell on us. He patiently and kindly answered all of our questions on the project since we are doing it ourselves. Really helpful, informative and friendly. Go there! You’ll be treated right and leave prepared to tackle your painting job! We are thrilled we found OUR paint store! Thanks Pete, Patty and Sherwin Williams!

Stopped in there today and it was like my past few visits - the staff are super helpful and caring. Today I dealt with Pete, who went out of his way to provide me with the paint I needed, despite great paint shortages. They truly want to make sure even their small customers are satisfied. What more can you ask?
