Very good UPS store. Use mostly for returns. Staff are efficient, never any problem. The only down side is that my wifi never works in store. This is common at this location so the store has a wifi password you log into to use their wifi.

Brought in gift items in a bag to send to Virginia. Kayla took care of everything. She was kind, patient, and efficient. Excellent service!!!!!

Every time I go in there they get through customs fast and they do it all correctly and I understand everything that’s going on so I know how to do it when I come back.

Today was not good customer service the clerk was very condescending to me and not very nice. Not to mention, I was the only one in the store.The other clerk looks so scared of her.But I have to say when I came in on Friday it was completely different. 2 clerks helped and and they were helpful and cheerful and fast service.

I have to return Amazon purchases here once or twice monthly. If you have any other choice, I would suggest that you choose it. The staff at this location are indifferent and rude; it is never a pleasant experience.Update: This store has gotten much better since I posted this review two years ago. I returned last week, and I really felt like the service had greatly improved. The employees who were just plain awful two years ago were nowhere to be seen. I will go one more time and change my review if it is still awesome.

Kayla is a very proficient and professional employee. When she is behind the counter you know the line will move fast, especially with Amazon returns. UPS Leadership should greatly consider promoting this employee.

Thank you Kayla!! I needed a Notary fast! I arrived when they opened, and she was able to sign the document earlier than the usual hours so I could be ready for a meeting.

They are flat out a bunch of know it alls, very rude. You can't get a straight answer because they are talking to so many people at once, you have known idea who they are talking to. Ask about was there wifi to connect so I could email the label I needed, just go outside I was told. They need training on customer service badly.
