I just called to check on 2 prescriptions. I’d requested them via app 1 over a week ago. I requested 1 today. They never indicated on the app that They were sent to my doctor for refills. Same as one last week. The customer service rep was unbelievably rude to me, would not listen and she hung up on me. I called back and I was helped. It turned out that they were never sent to my doctor. Something has change with this store.I should not have to call for status and my issue could not have been solved by the customer service number. I still can’t believed she hung up on me and I wish I had listened to her name.Kathie Lima

Head pharmacist refuses to fill much needed prescription or even start an alleged "process" to start filling them. Call center less than helpful. Consumer beware.

I was there on Christmas day in the pharmacy. Marisol was a condescending, mean, insensitive person. Why would you allow someone like that being around people that are dealing with health issues? Have you become like every other business? I will never be back

Went to pickup a photo and a woman in a blue shirt was incredibly rude. She asked what I was there for, I said to pick up a picture, and then she looks at me and shakes her head in annoyance like I was supposed to read her mind, then asked for my last name.

The store is very busy and gets overwhelmed often. There is almost always a decent wait. They, “lost,” my med that helps me walk…it’s EXTREMELY time sensitive that I have it. They thought it went to another location down towards Orlando by mistake, but here we are a week later and nothing.

Prescription said it was ready through text and the app. Drove down to pick it up and the technician was less than pleasant informing me it wasn’t ready and it still needed to be reviewed by the pharmacist. Had to wait 40 minutes because I was sent to the back of the line but it took the pharmacist 2 minutes to have it back up to the counter for me to check out.Transferring my husbands prescriptions to Publix in Inverness. These were the only ones left at Walgreens and after today we are done.

We sat in the drive thru pick up window for 25 minutes and oh I'm still waiting. Staff who was there was nasty and rude. Getting my prescriptions moved to another store.

3 chances and they always screw up the scripts. Couldn't quote costs and wouldn't accept Single Care. Never again and you all can find better service anywhere else!

I love ordering photos from Walgreens!! They have not failed me yet. I order them for my own use or as gifts, and they always get it right! This location is so conveniently located, it is well stocked and my order has always been ready when it says it will be ready.?My latest purchase was a custom photo mouse pad....I ❤️ it!!

If I could give -0 I definitely would. I called in my prescription for refill on the 1st of April only to be told it we’re out and had to order it and I would receive a call and a text when it came in. Today is the 16th… I just called and was told the prescription was ready on the 8th. I went to pick it up and was given 3 mths worth of medication (I take a shot every two weeks) and it was room temperature. The medication has to be kept in the fridge. The Pharmacist argued with me that I had 30DAYS to use the medication once it sits to room temperature. It took me FOREVER to get it in her head that the prescription was a 90 day supply and that I couldn’t use 90 days worth of injections in 30 days. Now I have to wait for them to order it again. This place is so incompetent ?

Have always had good customer service at this store. Employees have always been helpful and pleasant. Nice pharmacists, especially Roxanne, who takes the time to discuss your concerns and really cares.

If you value you your life, run, don't walk away from Walgreen’s. More specifically this one. They fill wrong prescriptions charging you and your insurance company. They often fail to fill most up to date medications. Leaving you and loved one's without proper medication, sometimes for months. They lose prescriptions, lose profiles and will not transfer prescriptions to other pharmacies. Many complaints have been made to Walgreen’s headquarters without resolving issues. Complaints have been filed with the Florida Department of Health, the Citrus Chronicle and Tampa Bay News regarding the ongoing issues. If you MUST use a Walgreen’s transfer to another location, otherwise use Publix or better yet Brashears. If you have mail order option, Walgreen’s lost the contract, how about that???? It is now Amazon, use it. What a blessing! Notify your insurance company, congressmen, local news, and Department of Health regarding any issues. We deserve better care!! Medications can be life saving or life ending!

The pharmacist on duty on 3/25/23 is the dumbest pharmacist i have e ever encountered. She can’t even do simple math. From Feb. 24 until March 25 is 29 days, but she is adamant it is only 28. I thought pharmacists had to do a lot of math to become pharmacists?! It’s not that one day makes a difference in this prescription; it’s just concerns me if my pharmacist is stupid, What other mistakes does she make?Jerry
