The service was a little slow, but all of the employees were super friendly and helpful.

Every single time I have to go to this location there are not enough tellers and there is always a middle aged woman walking around with a tablet doing absolutely nothing. This location is horrible and I honestly wonder why it's even open. All your reviews are terrible and your automated response is not change....

We had scheduled an appointment with them for Saturday weeks ago. We aren’t from this area and needed this appointment ugently for my dad’s account. We get to the location and they are closed due to a power outage. They had confirmed with us the appointment 2 days before and the day of the appointment. If they saw that they had no power, they should’ve made arrangements for those of us SCHEDULED to be there that day. Common courtesy would’ve been appreciated. Now we have to wait another 2 months to be able to get this resolved. This place is poorly managed. We’ve have nothing but issues with these location and the one down in Zephyrhills also.

Wells Fargo is easily one of the worst banks. They are simply pathetic.

I want to say thank you to the team at Wells Fargo at the Inverness location. Main attentionare going to Teagan and Jordan for their great hospitality service that they did to take care of every bit of our needs. Don and Carol had a very busy tack that needed to be taken care of and they did everything they could go outside the box or whatever it took phone calls, copying papers, asking questions whatever it took to make everything that was needed done we tried several of competitive Competitors of bank companies take care of this, and all the other of banks declined and made whatever excuse they could to take care of us. Wells Fargo stepped up the plate and said yes to every question.if you’re looking for a bank that wants to give you good service and knowledge talk to these people at this team and this location, they’ll make your experience very pleasurable again thank you Teagan and thank you Jordan merry Christmas and happy new year sincerely Don and Carol …

As a financial institute Wells Fargo has shown it should be avoided. Lied to Navaho Elders, Fake account scandals, incorrect repossession of homes and automobiles, current trouble with Zelle, cross selling scandal, 16 million of their costumers ripped off. That being said they somehow still have some decent dedicated employees such as Tegan at the Inverness branch who spent hours on the phone as my representative to clear up a problem that was stopping me from closing out an IRA account. Wells Fargo gets a single star but I rate Tegan at 5 stars for her friendliness, dedication, professionalism and willingness to help me get my money out of the hands of these thieves.

OK. Takes 4ever to complete the easiest tasks, though. Also, they generate way too much paperwork.

Opened an account here in sept 23 after moving to the area. Chose this bank because there was a $300 bonus when opening an account after you deposit a certain amount of money and meet the requirements. The lady who helped my husband and I was extremely talkative and the whole process took way longer than it should’ve because she wouldn’t stop talking about nonsense that we didn’t care about, we just wanted to open the account and leave. Well during this we told her we were opening the account because of the bonus, and I was emailed a code to give her to apply that to our new account. She said she did it and explained the requirements. 120 days go by and I don’t see the $300, even though I’ve met all the requirements and now it’s passed when it was supposed to be deposited. I call Wells Fargo on 1/29, they put in a ticket to check into it, I was told I’d be contacted in 10 business days. Never got a response. On 2/15 I called again, they say they had to resubmit it, and it would be another 10 business days. Now it’s 3/18 and I get a letter in the mail saying I am not eligible for that $300 bonus because whoever opened my account never applied the bonus code or didn’t do it correctly. The lady who opened my account needs to spend less time talking about personal things (like the 15 minutes she spent talking about her dog) and more time opening accounts correctly. My husband and I were EXHAUSTED after that conversation. We kept trying to change the subject back to banking related questions… I looked through the reviews and it seems another customer said the same thing.

2/27 and this has to be the most unprofessional and disrespectful Branch/Company I have ever experienced. Me and my family came to this branch around 330-345. Patiently wait to be told at 430 they can not help us bc he has to take care of this client and by the time he's done it will be closing time (5pm). That is the highly unprofessional and I see why this company has bad reviews. Their own employees don't care enough to go above and beyond. Every business helps their customers/clients that are already in the building but not this one. How rude is it to kick someone out while they been waiting patiently for 45+min. To go and then and tell me "The Teller will schedule you an appointment". I can not fathom a company accepts their employees to speak, let a lone turn down a customer because it's closing time. He goes on to tell me how they are short staff. Imagine if i did that, working in the health field. "Sorry people, we short staffed, please come back. I know you having chest pain/heart attack/ broken leg but my shift ends at 7pm. I will never apply for a credit card here again and I can not wait to cancel my card with them. What a joke of a branch, hopefully something comes from this and they start holding their employees accountable and fix their customer service. (Side note, felt bad for the other customer who was waiting for a Notary, to be told after waiting longer then us, he has to reschedule.) Again no respect for the client. There offers might be good, but stop, realize, and ask, Why are they good?

I wanted to open a saving account with a bonus code and could not do it online. I work 6.30am to 6.30 pm so hard to find time to go to the bank in person . I tried to go to Wells Fargo Ocala but they were too busy with people eho had appointment unlike me. On my only day off, i scheduled an appointment at 12.30 pm at Wells Fargo Inverness and went to the bank. and waited, waited, waited...At 2 pm, i stood up , caught the branch manager who took somebody else before me (this person had NO appointment, the irony) , informed him that i was leaving .He apologized but i'm disappointed.
