2/27 and this has to be the most unprofessional and disrespectful Branch/Company I have ever experienced. Me and my family came to this branch around 330-345. Patiently wait to be told at 430 they can not help us bc he has to take care of this client and by the time he's done it will be closing time (5pm). That is the highly unprofessional and I see why this company has bad reviews. Their own employees don't care enough to go above and beyond. Every business helps their customers/clients that are already in the building but not this one. How rude is it to kick someone out while they been waiting patiently for 45+min. To go and then and tell me "The Teller will schedule you an appointment". I can not fathom a company accepts their employees to speak, let a lone turn down a customer because it's closing time. He goes on to tell me how they are short staff. Imagine if i did that, working in the health field. "Sorry people, we short staffed, please come back. I know you having chest pain/heart attack/ broken leg but my shift ends at 7pm. I will never apply for a credit card here again and I can not wait to cancel my card with them. What a joke of a branch, hopefully something comes from this and they start holding their employees accountable and fix their customer service. (Side note, felt bad for the other customer who was waiting for a Notary, to be told after waiting longer then us, he has to reschedule.) Again no respect for the client. There offers might be good, but stop,realize, and ask, Why are they good?

I wanted to open a saving account with a bonus code and could not do it online. I work 6.30am to 6.30 pm so hard to find time to go to the bank in person . I tried to go to Wells Fargo Ocala but they were too busy with people eho had appointment unlike me. On my only day off, i scheduled an appointment at 12.30 pm at Wells Fargo Inverness and went to the bank. and waited, waited, waited...At 2 pm, i stood up , caught the branch manager who took somebody else before me (this person had NO appointment, the irony) , informed him that i was leaving .He apologized but i'm disappointed.

Came in on a Saturday at 1140, no one in the lobby to set up an estate account and the representative who’d been scrolling through his phone sauntered up to say they didn’t have time for that. Will take my business elsewhere.

Opened an account yesterday. The woman helping me was so professional and answered all of my questions and the customer service was out standing.

. Waiting to see a banker only 2 available waited a half hour to see one I left .The woman opening a customers account was so busy chatting with them that she took forever. A little less chatting about personal stuff. You see the lobby is full and waiting for service.I ended up going ro Crystal river.

Mr. Michael Padilla is an awesome asset to Wells Fargo. I might need to switch my business account over!!! I needed to do 4 trust funds for my children. Oh My gosh it was so complicated but boy was this guy on my side. 1st he swat away a wasp I was fighting to enter the bank. Then graciously opens the door and instantly Down to business. The process was So lengthy that I had to come back the next day and he was already prepared. This is what you call great exceptional service. Over and beyond. Excuse me but this review alone should get him a bonus or raise period. No I wasn't hired and no he didn't ask for this review. He is totally unaware. Yet he is much appreciated. Thank you sir.

I am so very unhappy with this bank. Like alot of others. It has been a tough year. I got my last stimulus check and of course I wanted to deposit it into my savings. Which I did with the app. Only to find out afterwards that my card had been shut off .Due to insufficient funds in my checking. So needless to say. I can't do anything about it til Monday. Here it is Saturday afternoon . Thanks Wells Fargo. You could have sent me a new card.
