“We recently visited Southern Tide in Islamorada and overall had a very positive experience. The store is beautifully laid out, with a clean, coastal vibe that immediately puts you in the right mood — relaxed, bright, and inviting. From the moment we walked in, the staff were welcoming. They greeted us, asked helpful questions about what I was looking for (style, size, etc.), and were willing to go the extra mile to check if something was in stock or order it if not. That kind of service really stood out. We will definitely be back!”

“Key west customer service so far has been zero to hero. So to focus on the positive, gentleman with glasses (today working on far end of store). Saved the day from a not so great experience. I’m sure his time experience has served him well in lessons yet to be learned by most others. I will pass other spots next time and spend my money here solely based on him recognizing and bodly stepping in when he could have simply ignored. Some people get it, and like people, and some are bothered. Those that don’t you will be happier finding a job that doesn’t involve people.”
