Zero stars. Impudent pharmacist. Does not care about customers. Very rude and uncaring.

Pharmacy let me stand at the counter, waiting, and they saw me but never bothered to acknowledge me until I was just about to leave and then the pharmacy aide finally looked up from unloading boxes to let me know that he would help me soon. Despite the fact that there were no other customers within sight, he tells me that it's going to be an hour before the medication is ready. I will be looking to move my Medicare part D to Publix pharmacy.

I arrived at 5:01 after calling in advance to have my toddler's asthma prescription filled. Although pharmacist was behind the counter she said she was closed (at 5:00) and refused to provide the asthma medication.

I am a Type 1 diabetic that uses an OmniPod wireless pump. I asked the Pharmacist on duty on 7/29/2018 at store 5610 Overseas Highway, Stock Island, FL 33040 for insulin needles because my pump was showing signs of failure. He stated due to Monroe County laws he cannot sell them to me. I explained federal law requires him to sell me 2x10 packages without a script. He told me he follows county rules. I told him my glucose levels were very high and he said there's nothing I can do Well thanks to him I had very high blood sugar and went into Keto. I will be filling many complaints and seeking legal advice on this one for sure.
