NO stars would be appropriate. They are rude and arrogant. No customer service. I would expect a small local bank to go out of there wY to satisfy customers, but not First State they tell you to find another bank if you want full service. Theg were correct we found another bank who actually tries to make customers happy. Stay away

Cute little bank---needed something notarized while I was on vacation in the keys. They charged $10 per item which is fair and they were very nice.
