I ordered Bote products from them and there was shipping issues (no fault of theirs) and Otherside Boardsports corrected the issue and refunded me the shipping costs. I found it very easy and trustworthy to do online business with them.

Great experience. Noah was a really good instructor and made it really fun and a fantastic learning experience. We booked 5 days, but only had wind on 2, but that’s how it goes with wind sports. Book lessons with Otherside. You will be really happy you did.

I came in looking for a bathing suit and they had some cute options but VERY expensive. The top was $78.00 and the bottom was $68.00, in total I paid $156. For the locals out there they don't offer any discounts for you. I wish it was more affordable:/.

Great kitesurfing equipment rentals & lessons. They can get you on the water whatever the wind direction. Super professional and friendly. Highly recommended. I’ll be back for sure. Thanks guys!

This place is amazing! Kite boarding, one wheels and foil boards all in the same place! Their kite boarding instructors are great. My girlfriend thinks it has the cutest clothes in the keys.

The best paddle boarding experience!Holly was great on our 2 hours tour. She let us pick our tour route, took pictures, allowed us to stop and enjoy wildlife and was just a joy to be around. The shop is super cute with a huge variety of products! Would definitely book again when in the area!

What a fantastic experience I just had at Otherside Boardsports. I was driving down to marathon to look at some Bote Boards and found Otherside online and called. I had the pleasure to speak with Shauna and she nailed all the points that brought me in the door. Upon arrival she was there and just like she said had plenty of inventory including all the board I wanted to see. She took her time with me finding the board I really wanted. I couldn't of asked for better service. The more I looked into the business the more I was impressed. If you are in the market for boards from skate boards, one wheels, paddle and more come here first. Thank you again for the great service.

Great thanks to gentlemen of Otherside. I paddled to Alligator Reef Lighthouse but the lighthouse is covered with barnacles which are too sharp and dangerous to dock my SUP. Otherside gentlemen kindly allowed me to dock besides their boat, and waited for me during my snorkeling. You made my day! Thank you!

Super friendly staff. Love the swimsuits and rash-guards. If you have a chance, take a kiteboarding lesson! I won a lesson at a charity auction and I have to say it was one of the most fun and memorable days I’ve had here since moving to the keys over 5 years ago.

What a great, old school surf shop. We stopped in to browse a little and stayed for over an hour. Mike, the shopkeeper, was funny and engaging. I promise you will find something you “need”. This spot is another of the hidden gems you can find in Islamorada.

Awesome instruction, lessons are great value. Their teaching equipment is high quality and in great condition. Great customer service. They have an extensive selection of kiting/skate/SUP equipment. Very friendly staff.

This shop is awesome! Lots of really cool gear, threads, and super friendly people. They even offer kiteboarding lessons which we are DEFINITELY coming back to take. I'm so stoked to learn kiteboarding with them this winter!
