The Caribbean Resort is a quiet, peaceful and relaxing place that many guests find perfect for a getaway. A first‑time visitor described the resort as perfect, noting a birds of paradise house with a beautiful view of the water and a 3‑second walk to the pool. House keeping daily provides new towels and laundry service. The resort offers subzero, Viking appliances, blackout window shutters & air conditioning, a private gate and no additional charges to use paddle boards, kayaks, bikes. Rooms are very clean and well maintained, and the resort pool and spa were amazing. Guests enjoy manatees on the dock and sharks out on the water while using paddle boards and kayaks. The resort is first class and fills absolutely every need, and many will definitely be returning. Some guests noted the $50 extra fee per day as ridiculous and that food was average with no nightlife or entertainment. Pets are not allowed. The resort is a fisherman resort, so do not expect to enjoy the ocean for a swim or listen to waves because there aren't any. Still, many families stay every Thanksgiving for a decade, and memories were made for sure.
