Stopped by the Trading Post and grabbed a lemon bar by the cash register—absolutely amazing! Perfect balance of sweet and tangy with a buttery crust. Didn’t get to try the key lime pie, but if it’s anything like the lemon bar, it’s probably worth a taste next time.
