“It’s literal heaven on earth. The sister locations and connectivity to them make it feel like you’re staying at multiple resorts that stretch along the keys for miles. The shuttle service makes it even better as you don’t have to worry about driving. The resorts are incredible. Breathtaking views. Amazing staff. The food is to die for. I can not recommend it enough.”
“Beautiful setting, great rooms and great staff. The maintenance staff was very accommodating in particular Jason, Ernesto and Shahin when they "bailed us out" when our room safe locked us out. The only improvement needed would be the young lady Janesse at the front desk who at times communicated in a somewhat unpleasant tone. But other than that, a close to perfect experience.”
