“I have had nothing but a great experience from this post office. There are never lines, the staff are super nice and my mail carrier, Virginia, is the most AMAZING person ever. Her boss, Mike, is also wonderful and has helped me when I've had large shipments ( I run an e-commerce business). I also have a PO box at this location for the past 9 years and have never had an issue. It's been great.”
“I was stressing out about a very important envelope that needed to get sent out, and I forgot to stamp it, so worried about it I’ve been calling trying to reach the building it took a little bit but Luke answered and helped me out he confirmed that it was picked up already and that if it has the addresses it’ll be sent back or sent to where it needs to go, I’m still worried but he helped confirm that it’s not just sitting there, and that it will go where it needs to go.”

“I left the post office in Inverness frustrated because of the rudeness of the postmaster. Went to Floral City USPS. Omg what a difference. I even spent more to ship the pkg then I really wanted to just because the lady was so much more pleasant and pleasing.”
