I needed to replace my battery. I went into advanced auto shop gave London who assisted me my license plate, number, and car information. London shared four different batteries that I could use. UHe was incredibly professional, and a pleasure to be around. He really knows his way around a car he help me purchase the battery and put it in for me and I happily drive away feeling comfortable that my car was working well kudos to you London thank you for your help today.

Just spent $245 on a battery, while waiting I ask the installer if I could use the restroom. She told me yes and gave me directions. I went into the store and made my way to the vicinity that she had told me, only to be turned away by another employee. He told me that it was down, only I know that it was not because not five minutes before another paying customer ask to use and he was allowed to. This is ridiculous. At least be honest. I understand that this is a beach store and I am certain that all kinds of people ask. But when a paying customer is refused, this is just wrong and poor customer service. I will not be back.

I stopped by yesterday for new batteries, and the staff is really helpful. They replaced both batteries on my truck, and the manager is a really nice guy!

Bill (I believe that was his name) went above and beyond to try to help me with a simple fix with my car, he went out of his way and took some time to try to help me definitely recommend the place and we need more people like him nowadays.

If you need anything for your car or are having a problem with it, visit this store. The staff could not be more honest or helpful. One employee in particular who has helped me numerous times is London. This is one car care establishment I love-not dread- to visit!

Every single time I come here (and my last visit will be my last), the employees are completely worthless and no one asks can I help you find anything or even acknowledges the presence of a customer.When I came in a few days ago, for example, the store was completely empty except for the two guys working. Not a single greeting or even bare minimum acknowledgment that a customer entered the store and maybe you should stop your personal conversation and ask if the customer needs any help finding anything or if you’ll just let him continue wandering the aisles.Instead, I had to ask where the AC recharge products were. The employee said what aisle they were in, and offered no other assistance. When I brought the item to the checkout area, he clearly had no clue about the product and that most newer trucks (like 2017 and on) require the yf version and not the cheaper version. Completely worthless customer service.From now on I’ll be shopping at OReilly or Autozone. The small extra distance for actual customer service is well worth it.

Clean, well stocked, knowledgeable and helpful employees. Quan, especially, was an absolute wizard when it came to batteries. He enthusiastically changed one out for me in record time. A true expert at his job. Thank you.

My daughter was totally taken advantage of. Needed a battery and paid $300 for one. Nice young man installed it for her last night. Next thing you know, nothing electrical will work on her car since the new battery was installed. Went back this morning to see if they could look at it and a very rude older man told her it wasn’t their fault and she has to take it to the dealership. Had her in tears, he was so rude! We will never go there again and I will blast a negative post on all social media about the Jacksonville Beach location.
